Deciding whether or not you need counseling can be a tough decision to make. For many of us, life goes along with both good and bad thrown into the mix. It's comfortable and you're used to it. However, sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you're not sure how to handle it. It could be a loss of some kind, a marriage or other relationship issue, something that's work related, and so on. You're in a lot of pain and don't know what to do about it. You may decide at this point that you need outside help. It takes courage to make a decision about counseling.
This is where my clinical training and both professional and life experience comes in. I understand life's curve balls and the pain and confusion they can cause, as well as the need to have someone to talk to and who will listen to you in a safe and confidential environment.
My heart and my passion is to help those who are in deep pain and I am committed to providing my clients the professional help they need to move from a problem and pain focus to a focus on healing and wholeness, which involves personal growth, and good physical, emotional, mental, relational, and Spiritual health.
